Cracker Barrel in Elizabetdtown

Delicious as always. Loved the waitress!

We had immediate seating on a Sunday afternoon. We came for the fried turkey which was delicious. However, they were running a little behind on cooking and server brought out partial entre for the three of us ( comes with 2 pieces, so server brought out meal with 1 piece each with more to follow). The second pieces were slow coming but we did get them. Birthday girl (lady) did get complimentary pie but server couldn't get anyone to sing for her. Overall, it was a good experience.Revisit, 02/29/2020We went on a busy Saturday night and it was only a 20 minute wait. My girlfriend and I both were in the mood for chicken and dumplings. The server was quick, the meal came in a reasonable time and it was great. Another pleasant visit that most of us expect from Cracker Barrel.We also spent time in the gift shop while waiting to be seated. Along with the usual interesting items for sale, there were some books about the local area and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

The haddock was delicious and freshly cooked at perfect temperature. The green beans and turnip greens, however, were warm - at best - and quantity shockingly small. It is no exaggeration to tell you the turnip greens were gone after four fork bites, and the green beans gone after 4 1/2 full fork bites. Although the server was polite and prompt, she placed my plate before me with her thumb in my green beans. Reluctantly, I ate the green beans. Fortunately, the haddock was so delicious I didn't consider my dining experience a loss.

Always a favorite when we travel. Even with limited seating and menu selections I was pleased with the food and service. Only complaint with this store..the RV parking was behind the Motel next door and would've been quite a walk for a disabled senior. Luckily the gentleman cleaning the parking lot said was ok to park behind the store.

Food was really good service was just ok.

A great place to meet friends. Food is really good. Serviers are wonderful. Toda we had 12 of us. And it was so nice. I give them. A 5stars. Thank you.

Polite help. Good spacing. About 65% of patrons had masks on. Food made to order like Cracker Barrel.

This would have been a 5 star rating, but the host who seated me needs a refresher on diversity awareness. I was standing there waiting to be seated when he came up. Some white people were standing behind me as they came in after I did. He looked right past me and offered to seat them. They had to tell him that I was ahead of them and then he offered to seat me. I am standing in front of them, so duh, that usually means that you take care of the person in front first. My server, Tonya, was excellent and the cashiers were friendly and wished me a safe trip as I continued on my way. Yes I did the game on the first try as well.

Never have I been anywhere and talked to like today. Manager was to he rudest person ever. I was assured the could accommodate 18 people together. I had 2 extra people to show and the manager was ugly about it. I was left standing and waiting for an hour. After the way she spoke to me I let her know God doesn't like ugly. We went across the street to another restaurant and was seated immediately with no problem. Sorry Cracker Barrel. Not ever coming back again

I give it 4 stars because the cooking is hit or miss. The wait staff and hostess are beautiful and sincere. The cooking isn't dismal just hit or miss. I wouldn't stop going just a little picky when it comes to country home style cooking.

Amazing service and handled social distancing top notch! If it wasn't so far from home we would visit this location often. Menu is somewhat reduced due to the covid 19 situation but had plenty of good food to eat.

It was really good tonight for the first time in along time. Would have been 5 stars if the ladies at the register would have been paying attention that i was standing there like 5 minutes with no one in front of me. Finally the gentleman that was working the store helped me.

Went there to eat with family. Order our food but went we got our food. Well i should say my food fork full of greens felt something in my mouth spit it out . It was a finger nail. Cracker Barrel in Elizabethtown ky. Will never eat there again.

We were traveling this day, and stopped for an early lunch as breakfast at hotels are neither hot nor full at this time of Covid-19.Tables were in their accustomed arrangement, but seating was "checkerboarded" leaving open tables for distancing. My order was hot, and filled correctly, as was my friend's order. The restaurant was not full, but the reduced seating made it difficult to tell whether the available servers were busy or not. I was expecting the same kind of attentive service I am used to at other locations, but for whatever reason our server did not approach the table again for refills, or to see if we needed anything, until she left the check on the table.

Everyone was wonderful! The host/manager was excellent and the waitress was super attentive. Thank you!

Incompetent, but the manager was helpful.Tried the debatable "curbside" from here. After waiting for 20 minutes over the time the food was to be ready, and demanding a refund the food was brought to the car and had "just got done". Missing salad, which was my fault for not checking. Got the food home and it was a dry, cold, flavorless heap of disappointment. I don't think I'll eat at this cracker barrel again. Management tried their best to be helpful and right the situation, which is why this isn't a 1 star review.

We always have a good meal at Cracker Barrel. It was even more fun than usual because of Quinn, you can tell he enjoys his job and he's good at it.

My favorite place for pancakes. Nobody makes them like they do. Also their chicken pot pie is awesome!!!

The food was perfection but, they forgot our desserts and made it impossible to get them even after I repeatedly sent requests for them to bring it. Gave up on door dash because they’re impossible and now I can’t reach anyone at the restaurant and I either want the food I ordered or a refund!

Great food.Great service.Alil pricey but all in all the quality is good enough to over look the pricy part.Watch yourselves in the gift shop tho...that cute thing is most likely over priced. 😅

It was a nice place to go! In Florida the restaurant part was on the left side and this was on the left. Confusing! Not against Cracker Barrel or anything, just me.

Food on point, waitress was Argumentative. Asked for fresh coffee she insisted it was. It was not.

Horrible waiter. Table had old food stuck all over it. My coffee had white stuff floating in it. And it took the waiter 15 mins to give us salt and pepper. By that time food was cold. And I have the worst taste in my mouth after eating there. Probably got cov-19 there too???

We love Cracker Barrel.Eat at them all the time.We live on the road in our 5th wheel and know the consistancy will be similar everywhere.Saying that the Fried Chicken wasn't as flavorful as it is in other Cracker Barrels Ran restaurants in Orlando for 30 years so I know that if someone doesn't speak up how would you know.The chicken was crispy it just lacked the seasoning at other Cracker Barrels.This would never stop us from still dining at a Cracker Barrel.

Was super busy, however we were seated in good time, waitress was attentive and the service was prompt and excellent. Had the roast beef dinner, it was so tender. I've honestly not had a bad experience at this location.

I love the consistency of Cracker Barrel restaurants. The great food and personalized service in the atmosphere they have crafted makes you feel comfortable and able to really enjoy your meal there. A nice place to gather with family or friends. Clean restrooms and well-stocked gift shop are bonuses.

I've noticed that the food at some of the Cracker Barrel is not as good as others. That was one of the main reasons that I ate there the food was good no matter where I stopped. But now its more of a hit and miss. Blame it on the Covid but it started before the Covid, in my opinion. This one however the food was very good and the service was ok.

Good food, good service. Food prepared fresh and always good quality. One of the favorite stops when traveling since we can always expect the same quality and reasonable prices no matter the state or locale.

This is a very busy place for lunch. We had to wait for a table. Our waitress was very busy with other tables. When she got to our table she was very professional and helpful with all of our guests. , the food was delicious. The French dip sandwich was amazing. The grilled chicken sandwich was moist and flavorful.

We were seated and had a server quickly. The employees floating around the store greeted us and offered to help us while we shopped and waited for our short time in there in the store. Seth took care of us very patiently, even though we were a little bit difficult because we had someone running late and someone who needed to eat and be out of the restaurant rather quickly, and our food and service was amazing. Great place to visit on a Sunday afternoon now that stores are reopening.

The service has been always good and the staff friendly. They are taking preventive measures, leaving tables empty and employees are wearing masks. Great place to have brunch.

We came here to celebrate my grandmother's 86th birthday and my great aunts 90th as well. The workers sang Happy birthday to them and we all had a blast. Great memories. Love it here we had great service and good food.
